Welcome to The Sweetheart Cabin & Aaron's State Park Lodge We hope you enjoy your stay... Let us know if we can assist you in any way. Check-In - Between 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. Please check the temperature of your hot tub upon arrival. If you encounter any problem with your tub or cabin, please notify staff immedietely. (We cannot resolve the problem after you return home). Please advise us if your arrival will be after 6 p.m. Our desk is not staffed after 6pm. Check-Out - By NOON...please lock the cabin and return the key to the Abbey Inn. Telephone - There are NO phones in cabins. Towels - We try to supply enough towels for your stay... For environmental reasons we ask you to use only what you need while visiting Brown County. No maid service (we do not "make up" your cabin). Just plenty of privacy. Hot Tubs - Please, do not add anything not supplied by us! (except, of course, yourself). No bubbles, No scented oils, no candle wax! Notify management immediately if tub leaks or makes strange sounds. Do not leave tubs on full power. (They will overheat). Use of hot tubs by individuals with health problems is not advised. Please, take care not to stain our towells and bed linens. Candles - Do not place candles on hottubs!! Do not leave candles unattended!!! Thermostats & Controls - Please, do not change any settings without asking. Quiet Hours - 10 p.m. UNTIL 8 a.m. Please, consider the neighbors! There should never be more people at the cabin than the number you have reserved & paid for! Loud music or parties will not be tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave. NO REFUNDS! Occupancy - Set by County Planning Ordinance The number of Guests occupying a property is limited to the number stated on the lease agreement. These limits are strictly enforced. All homes are limited to families, couples, or adults 24 years of age or older. Exceeding the specified occupancy constitutes a breach in the lease agreement and will lead to termination without refund of rent and possible credit card charges. No Smoking - All of our cabins are non-smoking! This means ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the building and smoking outside ONLY in designated smoking areas. Violators will be asked to leave. No refunds. Your credit card will be charged an extra cleaning fee. Activities - We are close to The Little Nashville Opry Country Music Theatre with shows each Friday & Saturday night. We are close to Brown County State Park. Brown County State Park offers swimming, hiking and horse back riding. It also offers romantic picnic spots with vistas that rival the Smoky Mountains. Please remember you are coming to the woods! If you are lucky you will be greeted only by Brown County Lady Bugs upon your arrival. They are harmless and in fact quite beneficial to the environment. Always be aware there are some critters around that can be bothersome and even dangerous, including wasps, ticks, spiders & snakes. If you are allergic to insects or pollen be sure to bring your anithistimine. If you plan to visit the park bring bug repellant, sunscreen, etc. We cannot control Mother Nature or her critters! Any damage to cabins, bedding, furniture, hot tubs, linens, and/or theft or extra cleaning will be BILLED to your credit card. Beds and hot tubs do have weight load limits. Customers of size must inquire prior to making reservations. Bed frames, linens & Hot Tubs are expensive...Please be careful. Smoking in a non-smoking cabin will cause a $200.00 cleaning fee to be charged to your credit card.

Vacation Cabin Cancellation Policy: We are a small lodging establishment and we have our own policies. They are not like national lodging policies, so please read them. You may reserve your cabin, room or suite by paying in full, in advance as follows: Online/by phone: Visa, Mastercard, Discover In person: Credit card; cash, personal check There are NO cancellations during: Peak Fall Season (9/18–11/12, 2009), IU Graduation Week-end (5/ 7- 5/8, 2010), Valentines Day week-end (2/12-2/14, 2010), Memorial Day week-end (5/29-5/30, 2010), Labor Day week-end (9/4-9/5, 2010), and New Years Eve. You will not receive a refund for any monies paid if you choose to cancel your reservation during any of these time periods. If you prefer to reschedule your reservation, your payment will be placed in a pre-paid account which you can use for up to six months after the date of your original stay. Rescheduled stays will not receive any refunds or credits after the six-month time frame. We strongly recommend purchasing the optional trip insurance offered by Access America during online booking for any unforeseen events requiring cancellation. http://www.etravelprotection.com All other times of year : We require a written notice 10 days before the date of your stay. You will receive a refund of all monies paid minus a $25.00 cancellation-processing fee. Late cancellations and/or "no shows" are subject to the full charge of the reservation. Refunds on rooms cancelled late will be made IF all nights are re-rented, less $50.00 cancellation processing fee. If you find a problem with your cabin upon arrival let us know immediately and we will fix the problem or offer you another accommodation. You must act promptly. Please be advised that we have no control over "acts of God" such as power outages, floods, or insect invasions. We reserve the right to substitute similar accommodations upon unavailability of any "1st choice" accommodation.
